When registering with SilverwareOne you will be prompted to set up a user name and password.  With this information you can log in to your account and manage your account information, check your order status, manage newsletter subscriptions, and manage your gift registry.


All returns must be pre-approved by SilverwareOne.  Please call info@silverwareone.com for a return authorization code.  Once your return has been approved, we will email you a return authorization form with code.  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit or exchange ONLY.  All credits expire after 90 days from the date of the original purchase.  Special order items and custom items are non returnable and non cancellable.

The item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging and original sales receipt. It must be well packaged, additional packaging may be necessary, and the item must be insured for their full value. Shipping costs are non refundable and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.  All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Approval code issued by SilverwareOne.  Please print your return authorization and include this in the return shipment.  Any returns without this paperwork will not be accepted.

Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at SilverwareOne’s discretion.

Damaged claims on shipped items must be made within 5 days of a package’s arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt because no claims can be made after 5 days.  In order to process a damaged claim, we will need you to retain the original packaging and to send us photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.  Please email us at info@silvewareone.com to process the damage claim.  Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a return authorization form.


When placing special orders that require special information such as color choices or monograms, please indicate the specific information in the “Special Instructions” section on the check out page.  All special orders cannot be canceled and cannot be returned for credit or a refund.


SilverwareOne will ship all orders via FedEx. You have the option to choose ground, second day or overnight delivery when placing your order.  Orders received before 12 pm CST will be process that day.  Orders received after 12 pm CST will be process the next business day.  Orders are not processed over the weekends or on holidays.

In-stock orders generally ship within 1 and 5 business days of order unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected.   We will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order with the expected shipping date or if the item is out of stock or back ordered.

SilverwareOne will make every effort to fulfill your request on a timely basis but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date.  Please contact SilverwareOne if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

Please see the return policy for all shipping damage claims.

All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item when requested. Gift receipts are also available.

Unless requested by the customer, packages with a value of less than $500 will be shipped without a signature required for delivery.

All Sterling Silver Flatware orders will be sent FedEx Overnight (at no additional cost) and will have a signature required for delivery.

International orders can now be processed online.  Free shipping will apply for orders over $1000.  Please email us at info@silverwareone.com to inquire about an international order.   For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.


All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time when you place an order. All orders require a 100% payment even on merchandise that is back order or special ordered.


If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Illinois, it will be subject to a 9.25% sales tax.


When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information in order to process and ship your order. SilverwareOne does not keep your credit card information in its system and does not sell nor share this information with outside companies or third parties.  We do not sell any other data such as your name, address or purchasing habits to any third parties.


Your credit card is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. The check out process employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)technology to insure your safety.


SilverwareOne.com reserves the absolute right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SilverwareOne makes every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate.  If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Silverwareone.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

Under no circumstances shall the Company or any other party involved in creating, producing or distributing Silverwareone.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that results from the use of or inability to use Silverwareone.com, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from Silverwareone.com or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to the Company’s records, programs or services.

You hereby acknowledge the information provided herein shall apply to all content (including information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds and other material), merchandise, and services available through Silverwareone.com. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
